Sesame Teriyaki Tuna With Curry Sauce and Success® Basmati Rice
This delicious tuna and rice dish is quick, easy, and nice enough for guests!

- 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Curry Powder
- Tuna Steaks
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- For Coconut Curry Sauce Optional - (1 Tbsp. Curry Powder, 1 Tbsp. Flour, 1 Tbsp. Butter, 1/2 Tsp. Salt, 1 C. Coconut Milk
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sprinkle tuna with salt.
Combine teriyaki, sesame seeds, and curry powder in a shallow dish.
Roll tuna in sesame seeds.
Add tuna to pan; cook 2 minutes each side.
To make optional coconut curry sauce, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Use as a dip or pour over the top of the tuna.
Serve tuna over Success® Basmati Rice. Enjoy!
