Air Fryer Fried Chicken

Serves 4; 4 Smartpoints per serving

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat air fryer to 350
  • Wash chicken and pat dry.
  • Combine all ingredients into a small bowl (excluding chicken), mix well
  • Brush each chicken thigh with oil mixture.
  • Place chicken in the air fryer. Try not to overlap
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 350
  • Then flip and cook for another 10 or until crisp/internal temperature reaches 165.
