- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 3 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- ¼ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat air fryer to 350
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl (excluding chicken), mix well
Brush each chicken thigh with oil mixture.
Place chicken in the air fryer. Try not to overlap
Cook for 10 minutes at 350
Then flip and cook for another 10 or until crisp/internal temperature reaches 165.
