Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Package fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded/diced chicken
  • ¼ cup diced jalapenos
  • ¼ cup diced green onions
  • ½ tsp cumin

For Garnish:

  • A few sliced jalapenos
  • Sprinkle of pepper
  • Sprinkle of bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken, diced jalapenos, green onions, cumin, and pepper in the basin of your Instant Pot.
  • Seal, set time to 5 minutes, and cook on “manual”.
  • Vent your cooker, open the lid, and stir in your sour cream until evenly blended.
  • Pour into a serving dish and top with extra cheese, jalapenos, and bread crumbs.
