- 1 Ounce Grenadine
- 2 Ounces Coconut Lime Sparkling Soda
- 3 Ounces Pineapple Coconut Juice
- Sprig of Mint and a Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
Muddle leaves of mint in a cocktail shaker.
Add triple sec, coconut lime sparkling soda, pineapple coconut juice, and ice.
Stir ingredients with a long-handled cocktail spoon.
Add grenadine to cocktail glass over ice.
Strain drink into the cocktail glass.
