Combine olive oil, onions, and other seasonings in a pan and saute until onions are soft.
Add in black beans and heat just for a few minutes, until all ingredients are warm.
In a bowl, combine oats (or breadcrumbs) , peas, and the heated beans.
Add more oats, if needed, so you can form it into patties.
Bake patties at 350* degrees F. for 30 minutes (turning over after 15).
Serve warm with your preferred hamburger toppings. Enjoy!
