Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie

Delicious, refreshing, and healthy! It just doesn't get better than that!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Strawberries cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 C. Ice
  • 1/4 C. Water or Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flour Optional

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup ice to your blender.
  • Add chia seeds, strawberries, and water to blender.
  • Mix in blender for about 20 seconds.
  • Blend until it’s a smoothie texture.
  • For added sweetness, add a table spoon of raw sugar, whipping cream for a rich taste.
  • Pour and Enjoy!
