Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie
Delicious, refreshing, and healthy! It just doesn't get better than that!

- 1 C. Strawberries cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 C. Ice
- 1/4 C. Water or Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flour Optional
Add 1 cup ice to your blender.
Add chia seeds, strawberries, and water to blender.
Mix in blender for about 20 seconds.
Blend until it’s a smoothie texture.
For added sweetness, add a table spoon of raw sugar, whipping cream for a rich taste.
Pour and Enjoy!
