Cheesy Street Corn

This corn is completely addictive. You've been warned!

Ingredients

  • 6 ears Corn on the Cob Husks Removed
  • 3/4 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 LB. Feta Cheese - Crumbled

Instructions

  • Combine mayo, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Boil corn until it is tender. Set corn on paper towels.
  • Spread a thin layer of the mayo mixture onto the corn one piece at a time.
  • Roll corn into crumbled cheese to coat.
  • Put on pan lined with foil.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
