Homemade Pizza

Author Laurie Bennett

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Topping according to your wish
  • 4 to 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven as you prepare the ingredients so that it is ready to bake the pizza.
  • Mix 1 cup of flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Oil and luke water should be combined, mixing for about a minute. Add the remaining flour little by little until you have a soft dough. The dough should come together into a ball and be slightly sticky. Leave the dough for about 4 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Now, spread the pizza sauce of your liking and ensure that you don't leave spaces in the dough.
  • Add the topping (having small pieces of chicken) with some veggies like capsicum to make it a bit tastier.
  • Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese. It is important to have it shredded because it must cover the whole pizza dough when it melts in the oven.
  • It's time to place it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. As the dough changes its color, take the pan out and use your top pizza cutters to help you in baking this delicious pizza.
