Easy Vegan Pasta Sauce with Walnuts
The most delicious vegan pasta sauce ever!

- pasta
- marinara sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. We used veggie pasta.
Heat marinara sauce and chopped mushrooms on low.
Combine walnuts, garlic, and salt in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
Add walnut mixture to pasta sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Serve pasta and sauce immediately.
