Easy Vegan Pasta Sauce with Walnuts

The most delicious vegan pasta sauce ever!

Ingredients

  • pasta
  • marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. We used veggie pasta.
  • Heat marinara sauce and chopped mushrooms on low.
  • Combine walnuts, garlic, and salt in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add walnut mixture to pasta sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve pasta and sauce immediately.
