Mushroom Gravy
Mushroom gravy is the perfect addition to any savoury dish. The mushroom powder adds another level of flavour and takes the dish to another level.

- Butter or olive oil
- Mushrooms
- Onion & garlic
- Flour
- Mushroom powder
- Salt and pepper
Sauté onions and mushrooms in oil or butter until browned.
Add garlic and stir.
Stir in flour to thicken the texture of the gravy.
Add the mushroom powder and some water and stir.
