Feta Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
This Feta Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe is only 3 WW Smartpoints for FOUR stuffed mushrooms – and boy are they delicious!

- 20 mushrooms (about 1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 oz crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
- 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese (softened)
Preheat broiler.
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Set whole mushrooms aside.
Cook stems, stirring in butter on medium heat for a few minutes (until tender).
Add in feta cheese and cream cheese. Mix well, cook until cream cheese is melted. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps on broiler pan.
Broil 3 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
