Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte - 3 Freestyle Points

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces espresso or coffee (I recommend Veneto's Blend)
  • 3 Truvia packets
  • 1 Premier Protein Caramel Shake
  • 2 tbsp Fat free whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • Low fat graham cracker crumbs (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients
  • Top with graham cracker crumbs (minimal amount so I did not count points)
  • Make it hot, iced, or blended!
