My mom did Weight Watchers when I was a kid, and I remember she was obsessed with zero point soup. It was really just a cabbage soup, and my oh my it stunk to HIGH HEAVEN. I hated coming home from school and smelling cabbage.

Because I now do Weight Watchers (semi-religiously), I wanted to try out a new version of the old school zero-point cabbage soup. Mine has a lot more flavor than Mom's did, and it smells better, too!

  1. Thanks for posting this! Do you use fresh green beans or canned?

    1. I used canned but fresh would be better. ;)
