Cranberry Apple Salad

Serves 12; 4 WW points per serving on every plan

Ingredients

  • 1 package of raspberry jello sugar-free
  • 1 package of orange jello sugar-free
  • 1 can of cranberry sauce
  • 1 small can of crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 medium red apples diced
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups of boiling water

Instructions

  • Dice apples into bite-size pieces. 
  • Mix both packages of Jello in one cup of boiling water. 
  • Dissolve cranberry sauce in the other cup of boiling water. 
  • Then combine all ingredients. 
  • Refrigerate until firm (a couple of hours or overnight) in a covered dish.
