- 4 oz reduced-fat or fat-free cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of fat-free milk skim
- 1 package 1oz Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 cup Reduced Fat Cool Whip
Combine cream cheese and milk in a small bowl, beat with a mixer until smooth.
Gradually add in the pudding mix.
Once the pudding mix, cream cheese, and milk are smooth, fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate for 1 hour or until the mousse is set.
