Weight Watchers Crack Chicken-Instant Pot

This chicken is SO addicting!! Serving sizes may vary if you choose to pair it with the 2-ingredient bagels or crackers. Also, points can be lower if you do not add in the turkey bacon or cheese. Remember to track the extra points if eating on the bagel!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix I used the spicy kind
  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 3 slices crumbled turkey bacon cooked
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free or low-calorie cheese

Instructions

  • Add chicken, water, dry mix, and cream cheese to your Instant Pot.
  • Set on High Pressure, Manual, and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Quick Release
  • Add shredded cheese and turkey bacon.
  • Serve warm with crackers or on 2 Ingredient Bagels!
