2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls

Amazingly delicious ONE POINT cinnamon rolls! :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt Fage is best
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste see notes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • for icing:
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon splenda
  • water

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, flour, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl. Knead by hand until the dough forms a ball. Roll out onto floured surface.
  • Combine cream cheese, cinnamon, Splenda, and a few teaspoons water. Using picture as reference, roll out dough into three sections. Cut each section into 8 pieces. You will get 24 rolls total.
  • Place in Air Fryer at 400*F for about 12 minutes. You can also bake these in the oven.
  • Once you remove the cinnamon rolls from the Air Fryer, drizzle with remaining cream cheese mixture. You may need to heat it up a bit to make it thin enough to drizzle.

TO BAKE IN A REGULAR OVEN, BAKE FOR 15 MIN @ 350*F & WATCH THEM CAREFULLY
