Weight Watchers Bread Bowl

A DELICIOUS bread bowl!!

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 cups Fage nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • seasonings of choice I would use garlic


  • Knead the dough. Shape into the size you prefer (3 points for 3 ounces of dough), on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Egg wash the bread bowls, top with garlic powder or everything but the bagel seasoning.
  • Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour. Once the bread starts to brown, use a toothpick to see if the inside is done.
