  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
  • 4 turkey sausages chopped up
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • red pepper flakes


  • Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and stir (like you're making scrambled eggs).
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Transfer to casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350* for about 35 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
