- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
- 4 turkey sausages chopped up
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- red pepper flakes to taste
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and stir (like you're making scrambled eggs).
Add all other ingredients.
Transfer to casserole dish.
Bake at 350* for about 35 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
