Easy Pull-Apart Cinnamon Bread
Bring this to any potluck, dinner, etc and you’ll be the star of the show!

- 2 C. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 8 Tbsp. Butter cubed
- 3/4 C. Milk (more or less as needed)
- 1/3 C. Cinnamon
- 1/3 C. Sugar
- 1/3 C. Brown Sugar
- Melted Butter
- 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar plus a few Tablespoons of Milk for drizzle
- Nuts Optional
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl. Cut butter into the mixture until it resembles cornmeal.
Make a well in the flour mixture and slowly add milk. Knead the dough with your fingers, adding milk when necessary until dough holds together well.
Roll biscuit dough into flat strips.
Brush with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Stack on top of each other and cut into squares.
Pile the squares into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350* degrees F for about 20 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
Finish by drizzling glaze and nuts over the top.
