Easy Vegetarian Chili

This is some of the simplest and tastiest chili you've ever had. Best of all, it's vegetarian!

  • 1 Box Tomato Sauce
  • 1 C. Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1/2 of each: Chopped Green Pepper Chopped Yellow Pepper, Chopped Onion
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes diced
  • 1/2 Can Chopped Green Chilies
  • A few shakes of Garlic
  • A few shakes of Cumin
  • A few shakes of Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika


  • Chop up all vegetables.
  • Dump everything into a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 6 hours).
  • Serve in bowls sprinkled with cheese.
  • Enjoy!
