Easy Caprese Bites
This quick and easy vegetarian appetizer is so tasty, you'd better make more!

- Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Toothpicks
Cut the tomatoes in half top to bottom and skewer with a tooth pick also top to bottom.
Cut the Mozzarella into cubes about the same size as the tomato halves and skewer with the toothpick below the tomato.
Secure a basil leaf to the tooth pick at the top and bottom wrapping around the tomato and mozzarella.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
