Preheat oven to 400* degrees F.
In a small bowl combine the Parmesan, Garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
In a separate small bowl melt the butter.
Dip the cut side of a potato in the butter.
Hold the potato over the cheese bowl and using a spoon (or your other hand), coat the potato with cheese.
Place cheese side down on a greased cooking sheet.
Bake at 400* degrees F until the cheese is browned and crispy and the potatoes are tender, 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot, with an amazing dipping sauce. Enjoy!
