Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

These crunchy and cheesy potatoes are a great treat - for dinner or for gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 1 ⁄2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 lbs. Red Potatoes scrubbed and halved lengthwise

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400* degrees F.
  • In a small bowl combine the Parmesan, Garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • In a separate small bowl melt the butter.
  • Dip the cut side of a potato in the butter.
  • Hold the potato over the cheese bowl and using a spoon (or your other hand), coat the potato with cheese.
  • Place cheese side down on a greased cooking sheet.
  • Bake at 400* degrees F until the cheese is browned and crispy and the potatoes are tender, 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve hot, with an amazing dipping sauce. Enjoy!
