Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey optional
  • Handful of Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
