Spinach and Chickpea Veggie Burgers
These veggie burgers are great with cheese and your fave condiments!

- 1 Can 2 C. Chickpeas, drained
- 2 C. Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 C. Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
- Crushed Red Pepper Garlic, and Salt to Taste
