Spinach and Chickpea Veggie Burgers

These veggie burgers are great with cheese and your fave condiments!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can 2 C. Chickpeas, drained
  • 2 C. Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 C. Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • Crushed Red Pepper Garlic, and Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until combined.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes on each side. The outsides will be brown and crispy.
