Weight Watchers Pot Pie Casserole-6 SmartPoints (Freestyle)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken boneless skinless

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can of cream of potato soup

  • 1/4 white onion chopped

  • 1 can low-fat biscuits
  • *Removed potatoes as they didn't add nutritional value just points.

Instructions

  • In a skillet, sauté frozen mixed veggies and chopped onion until tender. I usually use the bag that has asparagus in it, but I couldn't find it this time. Pour into a casserole dish, along with your soups. Mix thoroughly.
  • Break apart biscuit into pieces, cover all over your veggies.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
