Weight Watchers Pot Pie Casserole-6 SmartPoints (Freestyle)

Ingredients
2cupscooked chickenboneless skinless
2cupsfrozen mixed vegetables
1can of cream of mushroom soup
1can of cream of potato soup
1/4white onionchopped
1can low-fat biscuits
*Removed potatoes as they didn't add nutritional valuejust points.
Instructions
In a skillet, sauté frozen mixed veggies and chopped onion until tender. I usually use the bag that has asparagus in it, but I couldn't find it this time. Pour into a casserole dish, along with your soups. Mix thoroughly.
Break apart biscuit into pieces, cover all over your veggies.
