AIR FRYER RANCH CHICKPEAS

Only 1 Weight Watchers point per serving. Serving size is 1/2 cup!

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons ranch seasoning packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Makes 3-4 Servings

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees
  • In a bowl, mix together olive oil and ranch seasoning until seasoning is dissolved
  • Stir in chickpeas until well coated
  • Place a single layer of chickpeas in your air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes (shake basket halfway through)
  • Repeat if the whole can does not fit in your size air fryer
  • Season with salt (optional) and serve warm!
