Air Fried Asian Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ tsp tapioca flour

Instructions

  • Trim and wash green beans
  • Place green beans in air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes; shake basket about 2 times.
  • While green beans are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, broth, sesame oil, and garlic in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and add tapioca flour; stirring until sauce thickens.
  • Remove green beans from air fryer and toss in sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
