Goji Berry Chocolate Bark
This festive chocolate treat is full of healthy goodness and makes a great gift!

- 1 Bag Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips melted
- 1/4 C. each of: Goji* Dried Papaya, Dried Pineapple
- 1/4 C. each of: Almonds Chia Seeds
Spread the melted chocolate onto a sheet of freezer paper (shiny side up) or parchment (sprayed with nonstick).
Mix all toppings in a bowl, and immediately sprinkle over the chocolate, pushing down at the end so they “set” in the chocolate.
Let sit for 30 minutes OR put in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
When it is ready, break up the bark with a knife.
