Easy Pull-Apart Cinnamon Bread

Bring this to any potluck, dinner, etc and you’ll be the star of the show!

Ingredients

  • 2 C. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter cubed
  • 3/4 C. Milk (more or less as needed)
  • 1/3 C. Cinnamon
  • 1/3 C. Sugar
  • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar
  • Melted Butter
  • 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar plus a few Tablespoons of Milk for drizzle
  • Nuts Optional

Instructions

  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl. Cut butter into the mixture until it resembles cornmeal.
  • Make a well in the flour mixture and slowly add milk. Knead the dough with your fingers, adding milk when necessary until dough holds together well.
  • Roll biscuit dough into flat strips.
  • Brush with butter.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Stack on top of each other and cut into squares.
  • Pile the squares into a loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350* degrees F for about 20 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
  • Finish by drizzling glaze and nuts over the top.
