In food processor, combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
Empty ingredients into bowl and mix in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil for frying.
Roll mix into small balls and fry a few at a time for about a minute on each side (maybe less depending on the size of the falafel and the temperature of the oil).
Set on stack of paper towels to drain oil.
Make Spicy Mayo by mixing 1 cup mayo with 2 tablespoons sriracha and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Make Greek Yogurt Ranch by mixing 1 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt with 2 teaspoons ranch mix.
