This Weight Watchers Zero Point Turkey Chili will satisfy your whole family, even if they aren't doing Weight Watchers with you!

If you've fallen off, there are many ways to get back on track with Weight Watchers.

Weight Watchers Zero Point Turkey Chili

I love Weight Watchers. It makes it so easy to count points and incorporate WW into a lifestyle instead of just a diet. I enjoy the meetings because they help keep me accountable! I also enjoy the inspiration and the great ideas and recipes I get from other members.

With Weight Watchers, I truly eat what I love, (like these delicious burgers), without compromising my weight loss. I don't even have to give up my favorite coffee drinks!

This is a white bean chili recipe but you can use whatever type of bean you like.  SEE INSTANT POT RECIPE VERSION BELOW!!

I love crock pot dishes because they're SO simple. This is basically dump it and forget it. YES! (see below for Instant Pot version).

Weight Watchers Zero Point Turkey Chili

You can add bacon or other ingredients to this chili, just make sure you count the points!

Zero Point Turkey Chili

Delicious zero point turkey chili! Makes 4 servings

Yields: 4 Servings

  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2-15oz cans white beans
  • 1-8oz can corn
  • 2 cups cooked, ground turkey breast
  • 1-3oz can Mexican green sauce
  • 5 cups broth
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Spray slow cooker with olive oil. Place onion and garlic in a large slow cooker.

Cover and heat on high for approximately 10 minutes, until onions are translucent.

Add the beans, corn, turkey, green sauce, and broth.

Stir and cover to cook on high about 45 minutes to an hour (on low 2-3 hours).

Season to taste with spices, cover and allow to cook for 15 more minutes before serving.

TO PREPARE ON THE STOVE: Spray large pan with Pam or olive oil (oil will add points)

When hot, add in onions and garlic and cook til they begin to break down (a few minutes)

Add in all other ingredients

Simmer for 20-25 Minutes

Serve and enjoy!!

Weight Watchers Turkey Chili

To make this delicious chili in your instant pot, simply dump all the ingredients into the pot. Turn it on chili/stew for 25 minutes. Let it natural vent as the beans need the time to cook. (yes, the dry beans will cook in this time it's amazing). Stir, Eat and enjoy!

  4. OMG this looks amazing. I don’t happen to eat meat but I would easily switch the turkey to veggie crumbles.
