This is my family’s favorite thing I make. I make it for almost every gathering we have. When I don’t, someone always asks why. It is super easy, fast and people will ask for the recipe…trust me!

  1. Heat oven to 425
  2. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl
  3. Add in the artichoke hearts, pepper and chili's, stir
  4. Now add in the Parmesan cheese and mix it all together
  5. Put into a baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes until you can see it bubble
  6. Remove from heat carefully and allow it to cool and set 5 minutes before eating
  7. Dig in with your favorite bread, veggie stick, cracker, etc.
  8. If you are watching points, serve with carrots, jicama or red bell pepper sticks
