Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour, divided
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste.

You can make so much with this 2-ingredient dough. I added vanilla to the recipe today because I wanted it to be sweet. Sometimes with this dough it will have a slightly sour taste. It's easy to cover up if you add some vanilla, and it doesn't add any points.

Try my 2 ingredient pancakes and 2 ingredient bagels, too!

Directions:

This recipe is super easy to double, too. The entire batch of dough is 11 points, so each donut is about 2 SmartPoints. Adding the glaze would add another point.

  1. I love them!!! How gorgeous are they!!

  2. An alternative to vanilla paste and Greek yoghurt is to use vanilla flavoured yoghurt, especially the dairy free versions for better health and kindness to animals and the environment
