Weight Watchers Creamy Guacamole

This delicious guacamole is the perfect dip for fat free crackers or fresh vegetables!



In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and salt.

Chop the avocado into cubes and add them to the bowl, mix well for 2 minutes or until everything is incorporated and there are a few avocado chunks left.

Incorporate the chopped chives and the pepper and mix for 1 more minute.

Serve in a small bowl and decorate with a crack of pepper, an avocado slice, and chives.
