Weight Watchers Breakfast Casserole
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
- 4 turkey sausages, chopped up
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 bell pepper
- garlic salt
- red pepper flakes
- Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and stir (like you're making scrambled eggs).
- Add all other ingredients.
- Transfer to casserole dish.
- Bake at 350* for about 35 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
