  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray loaf pan with non stick cooking spray
  2. In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork
  3. Add egg, vanilla, brown sugar blend, and stevia and mix well
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly
  6. Add in unsweetened applesauce and stir lightly do not over mix
  7. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
