Weight Watcher Friendly 0 Point Chili–Great For Soup or Hotdogs!

Sometimes when you are low on points, it's so hard to find family-friendly recipes. Here is a zero point chili that is amazing! The soup is perfect for any day of the week and the whole meal is done, start to finish, in only 30 minutes!
If you need some chili to top your burgers & dogs at your next barbeque, that is WW friendly, you have found it!
This chili recipe is meant for the Instant Pot. If you don't have one you are REALLY missing out!! The Instant Pot is a pressure cooker, and you seriously just dump and go for most recipes. It reduces the cleanup, cook time, and it is almost impossible to mess anything up! It has turned me into a “great cook” and it can do the same for you!
But you could also cook it on the stove top if you have a little extra time.
