Sometimes when you are low on points, it's so hard to find family-friendly recipes. Here is a zero point chili that is amazing! The soup is perfect for any day of the week and the whole meal is done, start to finish, in only 30 minutes!

If you need some chili to top your burgers & dogs at your next barbeque, that is WW friendly, you have found it!

This chili recipe is meant for the Instant Pot. If you don't have one you are REALLY missing out!! The Instant Pot is a pressure cooker, and you seriously just dump and go for most recipes. It reduces the cleanup, cook time, and it is almost impossible to mess anything up! It has turned me into a “great cook” and it can do the same for you!

But you could also cook it on the stove top if you have a little extra time.

Just a tip, if you love the Instant Pot, don't forget to check out the air fryer!!

Weight Watchers Friendly Instant Pot Zero Point Chili--Great for Soup or Hotdogs!

This chili recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight soup or if you are having a barbeque and need chili for burgers and hotdogs. Everyone will love it! They will not guess that it is WW friendly! Also, the ingredient list is SUPER simple which I love!

**If you want to use the chili for hotdogs or hamburgers, you can leave out the beans and corn.

Yields: 6 servings

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup, reduced sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can of corn, drained

Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot.

Set the pot to soup/stew for 25 minutes.

Quick release or natural release, depending on how much time you have.

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 25 minutes
  • Total time: 30 minutes

  • Fat: 6 grams
  • Carbs: 14 grams
  • Protein: 18 grams
