This turkey waldorf salad recipe can easily be made vegetarian by using veggie meat substitutes! It's already gluten-free, and totally vegan if you use a meat substitute. If you're anything like me and you think “ew” at the thought of fruit and meat mixing, skip the apples and grapes and you'll still love the waldorf salad. Though, I think the fruit might have something to do with it being called “waldorf” so… ignore me, what do I know? ;)

  1. My mom used to make something similar to this for me growing up ❤️ Would the point value change if I substituted vanilla non fat free yogurt for the mayo? And omitted the lemon juice?
