Have you hopped on the Instant Pot train yet? Perhaps you bought one but haven't taken it out of the box yet (that was me for three months until I learned how to use my Instant Pot).

If you don't have an Instant Pot, skip this email and enjoy these recipes:

Honey Garlic Meatballs – 6 points, use turkey

Chicken Butternut Squash Stew – 2 points

Herb Garlic Chicken – 5 points if you use chicken breast and 5 small red potatoes

If you do have an Instant Pot, this one's for you!

Start your week off right with my free printable Instant Pot meal plan! I find that planning is key to my success.

Make sure you keep your Instant Pot clean so you don't get that old/gross smell that some complain about. Here's a post from Food N Service I used to learn how to clean my IP.

Also, these Instant Pot gift ideas are fun. Who says we can't buy gifts for ourselves?

I had this Instant Pot Egg Bake for breakfast twice this week. My world famous (yes!) Zero Point Taco Soup is easy to make in the Instant Pot.

Our favorite dinner this week didn't come from my blog, but from a new one I found! Try it: Teriyaki Chicken. Can be made in the Slow Cooker as well!

Instant Pot Jalapeno Dip – This is one of my best party dips! And only 1 point.

This 5 point Chicken Dip is worth the points, as long as you use veggies for dip. Adding chips would make it too high in points for me.

Kung Pao Chicken in the Instant Pot is easy and delicious. Something my family eats on a regular basis for sure!

Instant Pot Recipes from Others

Instant Pot WW Recipes from Smiley's Points – a list of recipes for your IP

IP Soups from Smiley's Points – All of these recipes are 7 points or less

Al Pastor Tacos from You Brew My Tea – 6 points

Instant Pot Baked Beans – 3 points, great for a cookout!

Chicken Tortilla Soup – 4 points and a crowd pleaser for sure

Pineapple Chicken from Food N Service- Zero points!

Potato Leek Soup from Food N Service – only 4 points and tasty!

P.S. Didn't calculate the points on the Instant Pot Crack Chicken yet but I'm going to try it with fat-free cream cheese because it's one of the best recipes I've ever tasted!

P.P.S. Check out this Instant Pot Course if you haven't yet! I love it!

P.P.P.S (is that a thing?!) The countdown is ON! We are getting married on May 7th! Join our group to follow us. :)
