You'll need:

macaroni & cheese (boxed is fine but I don't recommend Kraft)
breaded fish fillets
greek yogurt
shredded cheese
ranch powder or garlic salt
sriracha (optional)

You can replace the fish with chicken or any other protein-packed ingredient. The greek yogurt and broccoli add protein, too.

Put all cooked ingredients together in a bowl – add sriracha, greek yogurt, and ranch powder. Stir well. Then, pour into casserole pan and add shredded cheese.

  1. Sounds yummy. he other day for lunch we fried up some tilapia and threw it in with some mac n cheese..oh wow was it awesome. We also make this dish we call grown up mac n cheese. You take a box of Velveeta mac n cheese, we use the generic, and when it is done add some pizza sauce, about 1/4 cup and some roasted bell peppers, then right before serving add shredded mozarella…it is so yummy.
