Just wanted to share my before picture along with a picture I took yesterday. They were both cell phone pictures and I wasn't planning on sharing them but I like how my “now” picture is starting to look so I figured I would.
I haven't lost any weight (maybe 10 pounds in the last year), just changed the shape of my body. After completing the 100 mile challenge, I was motivated to keep going. Now I'm doing classes at the gym a few days a week and eating fruit smoothies for breakfast. It helps my energy a lot. I reward myself with a chocolate protein shake after I work out.
I just wanted to post this to show you that if I can do it, anyone can. I still have a long way to go, but I'm on my way. :) There's no magical pill, there's no quick fix. Just get off your ass and get moving and the inches will melt off.
