Instant Pot Apple Butter

This recipe makes 32 servings. A serving size is 2 tablespoons.



Place apple slices into Instant Pot liner

Sprinkle brown sugar and spices over apples

Pour apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and water over the top

Stir lightly

Lock lid onto Instant Pot and set vent to sealing

Cook on manual high pressure for 1 hour

When Instant Pot beeps, release pressure and remove lid

Use an immersion blender to puree apples

Let cool and then place in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks
