Gluten Free Pancakes

These pancakes are so fluffy and delicious, you’ll never believe they’re gluten free!

Ingredients

Instructions

Mix together flour, flax, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine honey, vanilla, applesauce, and LACTAID® Milk.

Mix the liquid and dry ingredients together, slowly, until all lumps are gone.

Pour pancake batter onto hot, greased griddle.

Cook about 2 minutes each side.

Serve with fruit, maple syrup, honey, or a cinnamon/sugar/butter mixture. Enjoy!
