Preheat oven to 400* degrees F.
Place tomatoes and their juice on prepared pan (foil and cooking spray).
Add garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and 2 tablespoons oil to pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove pan from oven.
Add chicken, chickpeas, and 1 tablespoon oil.
Add more cayenne pepper if desired.
Roast for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Serve with cooked pasta and marinara sauce.
Garnish with green onions and/or Parmesan.
