Some people reallllly don't like going to the dentist. I don't mind it, as long as it doesn't involve fillings or other painful procedures. I know sometimes it can't be avoided, but I teamed up with Trident for this sponsored post to talk about how to avoid the painful visits I dread.

  1. I agree that you should floss daily. I think it does a great job at reducing bad breathe. As you suggested too, it can help prevent cavities, which in turn can make your dental visits infinitely more pleasant.

  2. It’s interesting to me how simple the tips that you give are. I feel like most people think that dental health is hard to keep up. However, it’s not hard at all. Dentist visits can be great if you just keep up with regular maintenance. Especially, by flossing every single day.
