Eggs in a Basket aka Eggs in a Hole can now be made in your air fryer in just minutes with no mess!

Who loves eggs in a basket? I do! This is one of my favorite breakfast items at Cracker Barrel! Today we didn't feel like leaving the house, so I made them in my air fryer!!

I know you are ready to see this quick and easy breakfast that is perfect for the whole family! Not to mention only 2 points per slice!

Air fryer eggs in a basket are also called eggs in a hole! This is such a fun breakfast to make and now you can use your air fryer with almost no cleanup! Ready in minutes and low in points if you are on Weight Watchers!

Air Fryer Eggs in a Basket

Preheat metal pan in air fryer basket at 330 degrees for 2 minutes

Ingredients for air fryer eggs in a baske

Cut a hole out of the middle of 2 slices of bread

Holes cut from bread next to air fryer

Spray pan with cooking spray

Eggs in a basket before cracked eggs


Place 1 slice of bread in air fryer pan and crack 1 egg in the center

Eggs in a basket, yolks


Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Air fryer eggs in a basket one side cooked

Cook at 330 for 5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook another 2 minutes. Repeat for other slices of bread

Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Eggs in a Blanket

Both slices together are 2pts total, even with added cheese

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Healthy Life Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Optional Garnish 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat metal pan in air fryer basket at 330 degrees for 2 minutes
  • Cut a hole out of the middle of 2 slices of bread
  • Spray pan with cooking spray
  • Place 1 slice of bread in air fryer pan and crack 1 egg in the center
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Cook at 330 for 5 minutes
  • Carefully flip and cook another 2 minutes
  • Repeat for 2nd slice of bread
  • Sprinkle with cheese if desired

      Nope! You can also use parchment paper to line as well.
