Easy Tomato Soup Recipe - Weight Watchers Friendly

This is just a very easy to make, delicious and zero point food. Enjoy it with low point bread, a grilled cheese, whole grain crackers or fruit. It is amazing!

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat or turn on your instant pot to "Saute" setting
  2. Heat up the cooking spray, water or oil
  3. Add in the onions and garlic and saute until they begin to break down
  4. Add in the tomatoes and cook until they are soft, broken down and smell like heaven!
  5. Now add the basil, salt and pepper and let the soup cool down a bit
  6. (If using an Instant Pot, put everything into the pot and cook manual for 20 minutes. Natural Release and go to the next step!)
  7. After cook time is up, whichever method, allow to cool
  8. Once cooled, add to blender or blend with a stick immersion blender, until smooth
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
