Vegan Chocolate Fudge is the perfect dessert for everyone! Whether you’re a vegetarian, a vegan, or just plain ol carnivorous, you will love it!
6 Tbsp. vegan margarine
3 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup soy milk
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Vegan Chocolate Fudge
Lightly grease a 5×9-inch loaf pan using a bit of the margarine.
Put the rest of the margarine, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and soy milk in a mixing bowl.
Place the bowl over simmering water and stir until smooth. Optional: Add nuts.
Pour the mixture quickly into the pan. Chill thoroughly and cut into squares.
