Mocha Truffles Ingredients
2 – 12 ounce packages semisweet chocolate chips
1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons water
1 pound dark chocolate candy coating
Optional, for toppings:
chocolate sprinkles
coffee granules
chocolate chunks, chopped
Making Mocha Truffles
In a double-boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt semisweet chocolate chips. Add cream cheese, coffee, and water, and mix well. Refrigerate until they’re firm enough to shape into balls.
Shape into 1″ balls and place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Melt chocolate coating in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden. Sprinkle with instant coffee granules, chocolate chunks, or any other toppings as desired. Let chill in fridge until ready to serve.

I might have to make these, in the past I’ve made Oreo truffles which are very decadent and a big hit with everyone, but I’m curious to how these must taste.
